Cardan hinges Russian version   

     A cardan hinge is the basic component unit of power part of cardan shaft, which can be supplied independently to any modification, providing the transmission of twisting moment on 50, 160, 250, 400, 630, 1000 N-m to the agricultural machines and machines of the special setting.


    The cardan hinges for a/c machines provide the transmission of twisting moment up to 1250 revolutions per minute; working angles of slope to 22r. More detailed information is in NS 13758-89.

Cardan hinges are certificated by Organ of the certification of products of mechanical engineering of Rostov «CSM».

The certificate in accordance with №ROSS RU.AU21.V00495.

The periodical and certificated tests are conducted by the accredited test laboratory on the cardan transmissions of JSC «AKSAYKARDANDETAL». The quality of cardan shafts and hinges are provided by the system of management of quality of SMK ISO 9000-2001.

It is necessary to present the following information for the order of cardan hinge:

  • twisting moment;
  • joining sizes of nave of the forks included in a hinge.

The example of denotation of cardan hinge on 160 N-m with forks A (O 38x32x8 spline) for NS 13758-89: «hinge of AA160»
